dp-lite offers to the market a modern panel material that is extremely low in weight, has excellent stability, and allows creative freedom in design to specifier and manufacturers a like.
dp-lite has unique advantages:
Manufactured as a sheet material in a range of sizes and thicknesses this product can be supplied raw or finished with our extensive range of decorative options.
Specialist surface coverings such as our high gloss and CPL products can also be applied to dp-lite.
Indicative density of frameless board construction compared to particle board:
dp-lite:
Board Thickness - 35mm
Skins - 5mm
Indicative Density - 265kg/m3
Particle Board:
Board Thickness - 35mm
Indicative Density - 660kg/m
Example:
dp-lite panel - 1220 x 600 x 35mm = 6.68kgs
Particle Board - 1200 x 600 x 35mm = 16.63 kgs
Weight Saving - Circa 10kgs

Thickness - Available from stock at 22mm, 35mm and 50mm
Full Sheet Size - Available from stock at 2440mm x 1220mm. Other smaller sizes are available to order.
Environmental - The very nature of its construction means that less wood based raw material is used which offers obvious environmental advantages.
Flexible - Can be cut, edged, drilled, routed and shaped.
